With love, from Nashville, to Greenville, to you!

Happy Black Friday, everyone!

Today is the national day of shopping and organizing our Christmas gift lists. And in that same spirit, I would like to bring to your attention an event coming next weekend that you won't want to miss!

Are you feeling lost as to what would be a unique and interesting present for your Greenville--loving friend? Do you have someone on your list who just can't get enough of the city's history? Do you have a pal who moved away and misses the area? Tired of the same--old Greenville gifts?

This coming weekend, exactly one week from today, A&L gallery will be home to a the unveiling of Bruce Plourde's newest creation. He began a project, known as CityStory, one year ago and has since created a 12x12 coffee table book and a series of gorgeous gifts from the artwork of local artists.

Bruce has created a gift you can feel good about giving! He employed the concept of Sustainable Story telling, so by buying the book you are supporting the local artists and story tellers who poured so much of their time and talent into it. The book, titled "Greenville-- Imprints of a City", is truly the love story of a city that come straight from the people who care most about it!

The book makes a wonderful and unique gift for anyone on your list, so come out next Friday, December 2, for an opportunity to get your hands on one of the first 100 copies! The books will be driven right from Nashville to the gallery. Don't miss out!

And here's a link to the CityStory website. Think of it as an appetizer. You won't want to miss the main course!

Enjoy!
